At Empire Developers, we aim to maintain complete transparency and trust with every client. Our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that each project is executed with the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and accountability.
General Terms:
- All projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and agreements mutually accepted by both parties.
- Any modification or addition requested after project initiation may affect timelines and cost estimates.
- Clients are encouraged to review and approve all design and material selections prior to commencement.
Payment Terms:
- Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule outlined in the contract.
- Delayed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of work until dues are cleared.
- Final possession will be granted only after full and final settlement of the project value.
Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty:
- Empire Developers provides a Limited Lifetime Installation Warranty on all workmanship and installations performed by our team.
- This warranty covers issues arising from installation or workmanship defects under normal use and conditions.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original owner or contracting party.
- Natural wear and tear, material defects, and damages caused by external factors such as misuse, accidents, or environmental conditions are excluded.
Material & Product Warranties:
- All materials, fixtures, and finishes are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties, which are provided to clients at the time of purchase or project handover.
- Empire Developers does not assume responsibility for manufacturer defects but will assist clients in claiming such warranties when applicable.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be addressed through mutual discussion and resolution.
- If unresolved, disputes will be governed by applicable laws and subject to jurisdiction of local courts.
